We’ve packaged together a selection of our Outlier spirits into one handy little gift set. Containing three 50ml bottles of our rum and schnapps, all which are made on site in our converted milking shed distillery at Ballakelly Farm in Andreas, Isle of Man. 
 
Hoolie delivers a malty-liquorice gust with a charcoal filtered finish ready for daiquiris, mojitos or our excellent simple serve of Hoolie and ginger ale. 
 
Hurricane is Outlier’s step up from Hoolie blended using rum we’ve made and aged in new American oak and Islay casks. Amazing in bold cocktails (think Zombie) or drunk neat as a sipping rum.
 
Hedge Fund is pure schnapps squeezed from the hard-working berries of the Andreas hedgerows. Traditionally taken as a shot post dinner as a digestif, Hedge Fund also works great in a sour cocktail.
