What happens when you take some of our lovely rum and leave it in a drum with a load of Berries artisan Christmas puddings? We were curious so in that slow part of January of 2024 we tossed in a whole bunch of Xmas puds in with a couple of hundred litres of rum. The result was excellent. A festive, spiced rum that we then jacked up into a proper Christmas liqueur aimed to be drunk neat over ice or dashed into a coffee to give it some sweetness and a little something extra, too. MAY CONTAIN NUTS (i.e. a little nutmeg).
