This has been a long time in the making (for a young distillery) and we're thrilled to have released 300 bottles of Millions of Peaches at The Rum Show in London (5 July, 2024). Having tried this peach nectar of the gods, we're bitterley disappointed we didn't lay down more of our rum into Sauternes casks. It is bloomin' delish. 
 
This bottle of unadulterated, unsweetened cask-strength Manx rum has been made and aged in our converted milking shed distillery on the Isle of Man, using Manx water drawn from the farm's well. Millions of Peaches is a sipping rum with an extravagantly long finish - but we're also looking forward to seeing how it can be applied to cocktails. Millions of Peaches Iced Tea anyone?
 
Tasting notes: peach (obviously), lychee, dried apricot, almond, graphite, fondant icing, wax, white pepper, rose petal.
